I would appreciate someone looking up an obituary for Robert McCarthy. There might also be an article about his death. He died 24 Aug 1931 at the age of 33. He was married to Nettie Banach-McCarthy and had one daughter. I was told he was a Police Officer for the County Highway and that he was killed in a motorcycle accident in Des Plaines.
