    3. Judy, There is a church on the corner of Lotus and Van Buren. (See Google maps) The address is 5450 W. Van Buren. Today it is called Prince of Peace Baptist Church. I doubt it is is the same congregation as your great-grandmother attended. I suggest you write to the archives of the Evangelical Church of America archives@elca.org The archivists there are always very helpful and may be able to steer you in the right direction. If we knew your great-grandmother's name or her address in 1957, perhaps we could ascertain if this is the correct neighborhood.
