Tell me about your Albert c1853, was that your ancestor? or a sibling of your ancestor? I first pick mine up 1880 Clark Co. ARK. Poppa was born 1881 Clark Co. and they came to TX shortly thereafter and TX does not have an 1890 census. But, family knowledge is he died when poppa was 8 yrs of age, so he wouldn't have been on the census anyway. I will call my server mon. and see if perhaps they are having problems.
