Does anyone know of a Joseph COOK who had a son in August 1810 by a Mary. Mary's last name is unknown, i.e. not known if she was married to Joseph. By the time the son was baptized in Halifax in August 1825 Mary had married a gentleman with the surname RING. The first name of this gentleman is unknown. The name of this son was Richard COOK, my great-great-great-grandfather. Thanks for any clues or suggestions in identifying Joseph and Mary.
