Does anyone have any information on George Cook who was in Monroe County, Tennessee in 1850 and then migrated to Montgomery County, Missouri in 1860. I think his son Andrew Jackson is my gggrandfather. 1850 Monroe County, Tennessee Census lists the following: Cooke, George 49; Christian 38; Mary Ann 19; Andrew Jackson 17; James K. Polk 9; William H. 6; George M. Dallas 2; John 66; Arabecca 30; George 9; Thomas 7; and Mary 3. 1860 Montgomery County, Missouri Census lists the following: Cook, George 60; Christian 49; William 15; Margaret 9; Christopher 5; John 80; and George 21.
