Hi Group, Boy, did you all miss some fun! Where was everybody for the Cook Chat??? We missed you. Ellie and I, and only 4 others were in the IRC chat yesterday afternoon. We had a Cook researcher from Australia, and another from Nova Scotia there. It was fun talking about where our ancestors came from, and who our brick walls were. We found out a little about each other, like how long we had been interested in genealogy, where we lived, etc... I know this was a sunny, spring weekend for many of you guys, but hopefully we can get more of us to participate next week. The instructions for setting up the IRC from Ellie, were easy to follow, I had no problems connecting to it, even though I had never done this before. If any of you have problems finding the shareware program mIRC, I have it in zip format, and I can send it to you via email. Just let me know. Thanks Ellie for taking the trouble to set this up!
