Issachar died 1841 in Henry County, Georgia and named a son, Franklin, in his will. I have reams of supporting evidence that this is my Franklin but no primary evidence. The annual Franklin COOK family reunion will be held June 19 at the Cain Center in Athens, Henderson County, Texas - the county where Franklin died in 1870. Janet Cook jcook45@airmail.net
