Hi Cook Cousins: My gggrandfather's had a first name of Horatio and a middle name of Ross and a surname of COOK. He was b. 1818, d. 1886 according to his grave marker. Place of birth unknown and parent's names unknown. Census reports record New Jersey and other personal news stories say Maryland and Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1841 and practiced medicine in Beech Island, SC across the Savannah River from Augusta, Ga. If your tree has a Horatio or H.R.
