Hello. I just joined your list and I would appreciate any information on a William Cook, born mid-1700's. He was a SeaCaptain from Cork Co.Ireland. Married Jane Wiley and had 3 sons: James, Richard and William. The Cook family emigrated to Albany NY and then on to Canada in 1800 from Conn. Thanks for your help! Vicki Cooper
