The son John married 1. Edith King d/o Tandy and Fanny King (also in 1880 Floyd Co. census), with children: Rosie, Mary, Cindy, Minnie "Mint", and America. He married 2. Ella Hall of Floyd Co., KY with children: Dewey, Henry, Sam, Tiney, and Leona. In 1920's the family moved to Greenup Co., KY where John died Apr. 10, 1952.
