This is not one of the names that I am researching but I do remember seeing this a number of times. On the USGenWeb search I found a cemetary record for Charlotte Jowett Cooke - born 9/8/1885 died 5/8/1967 Medina, Ny - married to Louis Maxon and Samuel Cooke.
