Cook, Elizabeth A. Cook, Milton Cook, Martha Cook, Sarah Cook, Cullen P. Cook and Willis A. Cook Minors NOW, we, Matilda Cook as principal, and Reuben Cook, and Groves Howard his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Matilda Cook will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors in all respects as required by law.
