Does it have any other information than JOHN A Cook on it? My grandmother and her brother John came from Nebraska - Clay County - and Scottsbluff and this might be from my side. I wish I could see the picture. The Cooks are all remarkably similar in appearance. Is it possible to send it to me? I will reimburse you the postage. COOK which was taken at the Harry Howard Studio in Shelton, Nebraska. On the back of the photograph it also appears to note that he is from Ferndale, NE, however, I was not able to locate that town in any of the internet records. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with John likely in his 20's or 30's at the time it was taken. I am hoping to locate someone from John's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family, or know someone who might be, please contact me.
