Posted FYI. BEAUGRAND Beaugrand, Lois Jeanette COOK, loving mother and wife of Stanley (1922-1993), died peacefully in her home on Thursday, February 21, 2002 after a prolonged illness. Lois was born 8/11/1923 in Chicago, IL and lived in Lawrence, Van Buren Co., Michigan before moving to Hollywood, (Broward) FL in 1952 with her husband and raised two daughters there. Was active in her community through the Girl Scouts, PTA, and in general, a good neighbor. Lois is survived by daughters, Kayrle Jessica COOK of Minnetonka, MN; Julia Dawn LaBonte of Ft. Lauderdale; brother, Charles COOK of Grand Rapids. MI; sister, Ida Mae Grau of Portage, MI; grandchildren, Dennis Beaugrand of Merritt Island, FL; Julianne Drain of Watertown, SD; Kristine LaBonte of Ft. Lauderdale; Matthew Erny of Kalamazoo, MI; and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial service 7:00 PM Wednesday at FRED HUNTER'S HOLLYWOOD MEMORIAL GARDENS HOME, 6301 Taft Street, where friends may call Wednesday 6:00 PM to service time. Cremation by FRED HUNTER CREMATORY.
