It appears my COOK family moved from MA?>Salisbury, Litchfield, CT>MA->Westmoreland, Oneida, NY>Harrington, Bergen, NJ>Orangetown, Rockland>NY. ~Correction~ Falkbery is Sallsbury which is a misspelling of Salisbury, CT, on the 1860 Harrington, Bergen, NJ, census. This is where John COOK was born ca 1771-1772. Also, thanks to the Genealogical Society of Rockland Co., NY, we found out that Jonas COOK's son, Elbert G. COOK, b. 1848 Justice of the Peace, is buried in Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Is he buried with his wife, Sophia REICHLING or REICKLING? Are any other COOK family members buried with him? Who was Mrs. D.C. WANEGAR who was billed for Elbert G. COOK's burial? Also, John COOK m. Sally or Sarah UNKNOWN MAIDEN NAME, and son Jonas P. COOK m. Catharine FULLER. [Does anyone know how the COOK family connects to Francis COOKE of the Mayflower]? Do you know of how the WORLOCK family fits into the COOK family?
