I would love to be able to do something about this, for even though it's out of state for us it's a good precedent to set. However I recall sending a letter to a congressman, and as it turned out since I was both under 18 and not a constituent of his district, I recieved a reply to the effect of "Your letter would mean a lot more if your vote mattered here." This tends to lead me to believe that, as much as I would like to do something about Indiana's construction problems, I fear that collecting signatures from Wisconsin would be a waste of time. What do you guys think? -Sarah 'Cause now I *am* 18 (2 whole weeks today!) and my vote DOES matter! Bwahahahahaaaa! _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
