Cook" is shown living across from the schoolhouse on Leach Hill in 1857, but by 1871 no one is living there. They are both buried in the Mountain View Cemetery. He is referred to as "Deacon Hezekiah" as a member of the Gay Meeting House on Quaker Ridge. He later became involved with the new church in Casco Village when it was built in 1841.
