Well I am a Cook too and have been thur all of this, but I think your not in the same Cook as we are, My husbands family was mostly from Wisc. and some have been all over, I do have the book that a cousin made and it tells all, but I don't see anything of your name in it. I have a son Mike Cook he lives in NY, His real name is Michael Allen Cook, I have 6 children, Mike is second one.
