Caleb Cook, son of Harbard died during the CW and I found a record where after his death, his property is being appraised. Three men appraise it for his wife, Martha (McCluskey) Cook and indicate that it is sufficient for her to live on for the next 12 months. The names of the men that take care of that are interesting----It is Isaac Cook, H.C. Dodson and C.M. Dodson. Now I'm trying to figure out why??? Interesting that Caleb's son isn't involved---John H.! or some of his brothers????? Is anyone aware of a relationship between these Cooks and the Dodson family? thanks, Michelle
