He was married to Amelia(Millie) LONGBRAKE or LAMBRIGHT around 1854-1856. Exact date and place of marriage unknown. Amelia's family lived in Harper's Ferry or Shepardstown, Jefferson Co., VA/WVA in 1853 and left in 1854 for Henry Co., IA. Jacob and Amelia's 1st child Franklin K. Cook was b. in IA in 1855 or 56. Jacob & Amelia are found on the Henry Co., MO 1860 & 1870 census. Amelia remarried after Jacob's death to a James DUDDERAR, DUDDERER or DUDDENEN 1879 in MO. I am trying to find some COOK's with LONGBRAKE, LAMBRIGHT or WOMELSDORF connections. Any clues or connections will be very much appreciated.
