My birth name was lisa Jo Cook My birth date is July 24, 1967 My birth Mother's Name was Margaret Dunbar Cook....we are pretty sure Dunbar was her maiden name. My birth father's name was Donald Cook. thye also thought my birth mother left me with neighbors for days/week at a time...so someone has to know of me and remember me. I was at one time in a home called "The Sunshine Home" We think it was in the Wilkinsburg,PA area....we also think there was a fire so the building is no longer there. If any of this looks familiar to anyone recieveing this please just let me know. We think my birth parents have passed away but we also think I had siblings, that have put up for adoption.
