Hi All! This is my quartlerly post on my Lafayette COOK who I will probably never find but here goes! Lafayette COOK b. 29 Nov 1847 in Autauga Co., AL. Parent's unknown! Lafayette was next found in Pulaski Co., KY in 1862 enlisting in the Union Army and he served from Indiana. He lived there for a few years after the war and I beliee went to KY/TN. He was in Howell Co., MO by 1890 and died 28 May 1918 in McDonald Co., MO. He had three wives namley: 1) Sara Elizabeth ALLEN md. 5 Jan 1875 prob. in TN. She died 20 Nov 1891 in Howell Co., MO. Their children were: James/Jesse, Robert David md. Ellen COOK, Christian Perlina md. Robert Austin HARRISON, and James Monroe. 2) Mrs. Mary Elizabeth (ROBERSON) GARROUTE b. 1869. married 13 May 1892 in Howell Co., MO. She died 6 Sep 1899 in Carroll Co., AR. Their children were: E. Frances md. David COOK, John Lafayette, Jim. 3)**Rutha Jane BAILEY b. 25 Sep 1866 in Nodaway Co., MO, md. 6 Jul 1900 in Carroll Co., AR. She died 24 Sep 1936 in Gascionade Co., MO. Their children were: Alma June md. Harry BARTON, Franbklim M. md. Blanche, Homer Lee md. Hazel McDOWELL, Austin Robert. Any information on any of these familes would be appreciated!!!
