Thanks for the info. You mention that you, too, are a descendant of Mordecai Cook. Do you have a fairly completed copy of the line from him down to you? Are there other books, diaries or papers that you recommend on Mordecai? Any info will be helpful. It is "said" that we descend from him; however, I have NO verification.
