On the 1870 and 1880, District 7, Decatur Co., TN censuses Ellen's surname is shown as CONDER and CONDOR. She lives in the household of Jane CONDER. There are many children in this household, but no male head of household. In 1886 Ellen married Henry Calvin RIGGS, a son of my gr grandfather, Isah Calvin RIGGS. She died Jan. 2, 1932 in Decatur Co., and on her Death Certificate her father's name is shown as Perry HOUSTON, TN, mother's name Allstha JONES, Decatur Co., TN. There is no informant name on the Death Certificate. Can anyone tell me if the parent names on this certificate are correct? If so, was she adopted into Jane CONDER family? Any help is appreciated.
