Hi Christine, The latest version of Adobe Flash is 11.1.102.55. There are two versions available. The one you need will depend on the browser you are using. But it doesn't hurt at all to install them both, I suggest that you do this... Flash Player 11.1.102.55 (Non-IE) http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/10991/ Flash Player 11.1.102.55 (IE) http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/10987/ Download the files, close all of your browsers, then install these two programs.
