I am working on creating a narrative account of our family history from a RootsMagic Report into RTF format where I have flexibility to make any changes, additions, etc. I have added some inserts of documents and pictures but now want to move them around - not on the page but in the document itself. I cannot find any way to relocate them or delete them and then replace them where I want them. I have been to many of the Help topics but nothing seems to address this. If anyone is familiar with MS Word, I would appreciate any help you can offer. Barbara Cogburn
Have you tried cut and paste? And you may also be able to use drag and drop... -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of BRCogburn Sent: Monday, January 16, 2012 6:44 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [COMPUTERS] Use of Inserts in Microsoft Word 2003 I am working on creating a narrative account of our family history from a RootsMagic Report into RTF format where I have flexibility to make any changes, additions, etc. I have added some inserts of documents and pictures but now want to move them around - not on the page but in the document itself.
