Bettye, I have had to clean way to many machines with Norton's on them. The first thing I do is uninstall it. And the machines speed up to where they should be, then install a much smaller but just as good product and the machines still run like it should. This is MY experience and not from the archives. I think you guys are overly critical of Norton. It's a good program. The complaints come out of the archives not the current world.
