Thank you for the advice and thorough report on ARO 2011. I'll get rid of it. On another note, if I can change subject to G mail. If you have it, I'm having frustrations over the insistent reminder to click on the New Look on gmail which, if you can't avoid it will give you a video and it's an interruption of my intent to just get through the huge numbers of email and then go on to other things. But I wonder if I can avoid getting this and other missing things, like the task bar above titled 'back to search results', 'archive', 'Report spam', 'Delete' and 'labels' which are blank boxes now with numbers or icons you have to hover your pointer over to use. What's going on with gmail?
