    3. Thanks for your reply Les, My problem is that I did not realise that there was a SATA problem until the Freecom drive was taken out of its enclosure/box. There was not an easy way to do this and although the actual hard drive is ok the box is ruined so I need a suitable enclosure for it. Connect a Cisco-Linksys NSLU2 to the network, and it will allow you to use your existing usb drive. It has 2 ports, so you could connect a printer also.
