Hi Bea, MS Access 2007 is a Microsoft Office program which allows you to create databases. If you want to read the file sent to you, you can see if you have MS Access available to you, as part of MS Office Suite or you can try this program, which seems to be able to open both Microsoft Access MDB files and the newer ACCDB files. I haven't tried this program, but it is recommended on Download.com, a reputable download site... MDB Viewer Plus http://download.cnet.com/MDB-Viewer-Plus/3000-2065_4-75285626.html Regards, Kevin. If so, can anyone do one of those things for me? The fellow who sent the file is not too up on all its workings. He intends to redo the data into a Word file. (It is not a private file. The data will end up on my website if I can get to it.) > > Bea > > > > :-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: > > Please refrain from posting commercial URLs and from discussing prices on the list. > > Remember to SNIP when replying. > > :-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: > > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message -- -------- K.
