Hi All, I received an email with an attachment which I want to save as a jpg file. If I right click the picture I get options of "save as" or "save all". (There is only one attachment.) If I choose "save as" it says it is going to save it as an attachment. There is a pick list but only the attachment option on it. Would it still be attached to the email, which I will be deleting? If I pick "save all" it gives the file name with a jpg extension but heads the window "Attachments to be saved". I would have thought "save all" would be the same as "save as" when there is only one attachment, but the window might be differently presented. Would someone explain whether I need to use "save all", is it going to be different to "save as" and how I get my jpg file that I want. I am using Windows7. Any explanation gratefully received. Christine
