Hot key is: Fn + F3 (Press and hold the <Fn> key, then press the <F3> key. ) If that doesn't work, it could be the touchpad drivers. I'm curious about one thing. Just had a thought. In the touchpad settings, try disabling 'Circular Scrolling'.
