    3. I have a Sony Vaio laptop (64 bit) Windows-7 computer. Every day when I first open a program - usually Internet Explore, I get a message that Vaio Care has stopped working. Then a message that Windows is trying to resolve the problem. It shows it is working for awhile, then the message disappears without any notification that the problem was fixed or not fixed.   Everything seems to be working O'K, so I've been ignoring it. Any idea as to what is going on?   Bea

    3. Bea, The "Vaio Care" is a program used by Sony to "Help" the user maintain their machine. I have never used it and have been using Sony's for years. If you keep getting this message I would call Sony support.
