Hi Listers, I'm trying to print a death certificate from Missouri Digital Heritage http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates/Results.asp?type=basic&tLName=spurrier&tFName=Frank&sCounty=all&tYear=#null My new HP LaserJet Pro 400 keeps giving me a message "Unexpected paper size in Tray 2. Load B5 (JIS). Tray 2 is loaded with my normal letter-size paper, 8 1/2 x 11 inches. I can't figure out how to make it print on the paper that's loaded. It puts out a blank sheet of paper every time. I just looked at the website.
