Hi, Working on my nieces Dell Inspirion 530S, Vista. Ran the diagnostic test on Dell's website and both the Spindle test and tray out tests failed. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I assume I will have to go into Setup but from there I am lost. baby steps please. Mary
