when I went to start and selected search and typed in trouble I didn't get a chance to go further, because strange 2 part screen with w Windows search on left and empty panel where I typed in trouble but that brought up files on my desktop. Is that even weirder? Joan

Hi again Not sure whats happening there I should have asked and not assumed, you are using Windows 7 ? I know some devices use a cut down version of Windows and that may be why ?
