Are there any programs that will OCR at the same time as a scan? Everything that I've been reading seems to suggest that PDF documents need to be "OCR'd" after they become PDFs - is there any program that I can buy for a reasonable price that does this in one step? I think that my Epson V700 scanner has OCR software in it (not sure about that), but when I print an email or a web page to PDF, I use a free program (Primo PDF), and that doesn't OCR the document.
