    3. CCleaner does an excellent job and is easy to use. It does not require any setting up. It will load automatically. You should have no problem about it wiping your drive unless you specifically ask it to do this. The drive wiper function is out of the way of the normal clean-up facilities. To get to it you have to click on Tools and then Drive Wiper. I use CCleaner on a regular basis and I can assure you that there is no risk of wiping your drive clear.
