    3. Thank you, Nivard. I should have mentioned that I'm using XP. I found a couple of Folders labeled "Download" but the image is not in either of them. I had no opportunity, from the Save function on Ancestry, to say where I wanted the image to go, so I still need more help. There was a message above the image that I had to click on before the image would download, and I clicked that, but still no opportunity to say where the image should be saved on my computer.
