Hi Vanessa and Nivard, Thank you both for your help. This is a form provided online by my Internet Provider which I can use to upgrade my subscription to them. I downloaded it as a PDF - the only option given but I don't know how to "tell" it to use Adobe Reader in order to complete the form. I am asked to fill out the form and to return it via fax, e-mail or mail. Having already sent it by mail a month ago, only to find that it hasn't been received by them I think that this time I would like to e-mail it if I possibly can! Any further advice would be appreciated. I have found some forms can only be filled out using Adobe Reader. Hi Maureen You answer your own question if they ask you to fax, email or mail it They would not give you an automated form to mail back As I said previously you will need to print it and use one of the options they give you The reader will not make a difference Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) On 29/12/2013 15:33, Maureen Ellen wrote: > Hi Vanessa and Nivard, > > Thank you both for your help. > > This is a form provided online by my Internet Provider which I can use to upgrade my subscription to them.
