    3. I have ancestry.com here and it's working fine. It sounds like maybe you're getting the free versions of what they offer, and nothing else. Check with what they are saying you have for your subscription. That may have been changed, leaving you with nothing more than the public version of free stuff. myra

Generally if you are not signed in to Ancestry Or are signed in but do not have a valid subscription, you would get the message to sign in or subscribe You don't get a hanging blank page Have you tried phoning Ancestry Joe ?
