    3. Hi Nivard. I use Firefox and thought that I tried that before but I tried it again. Same results. It will go to the black page where the image would come in but quickly leaves that page and goes back. I tried it on IE. I also tried it on MaxThon, Chrome and other browsers still the same results. I don't know what the answer is. 3. Hi Robert It depends on your browser but check the help file for :- clearing temporary internet files (I use Firefox and there is a good help file for the subject) Or download and use Ccleaner (its free) Straight out of the box (so to speak) and run it will scan for and report OR delete temp internet files and cookies NB you can run a scan (Ccleaner calls it Analyze) without deleting anything Each time you visit any site you will replenish the latest cookie anyway You can retain cookies for those web sites you use with log ins (such as Ancestry etc) If you have log in passwords etc, for the sites you visit often you would just need to log in to those after running Ccleaner You could then save the up to date cookie I run Ccleaner after every session NB2 Ccleaner also has registry altering functions, I would say not to touch that unless you know what you are doing Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) On 25/12/2013 03:34, Robert Rothenbuhler wrote: > How do you delete/clear temp internet files?
