Thank you for your answers, I should have said I got caught when a window with the Micrsoft logo popped up & told me to download to repair window error with My PC Backup & like a fool I did so, & it said we recommend that you run window scan now, which I did & then in their generosity [ silly me] repaired so much & said I had to pay, small amount , so I did, in order to repair the other errors, since then I get the Pop up, driving me crazy to back up my files etc. What to do.
