    3. Hi all A couple of questions re Windows 7 On some saved images I am getting a small padlock on the saved image icon, it does not happen on every image icon, there does not appear to be a pattern to it Googleing suggests its to do with a private or public folder, but these are in the same folder and I have not changed any settings recently as far as I am aware I can still open all the images, I just wanted to know why its happening and preferably stop it ============ Question 2 When I go to an image in any folder with a view to sending that image to a mail recipient When I select "send to" then "Mail recipient" it opens a new mail with the image attached, no problem there but it defaults to my old email address and try as I might I can't find where its drawing the old email address from Has anyone an idea where to change this, its more annoying than critical but have put up with it until now and would like to resolve it -- Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK)

    3. 1) it's possible that your images have different metadata that indicated the status of the image. I get the same thing on images I download that are copy protected in the metadata, 2) If you are using Gmail, check your profile to see which address(s) are associated with your account. If it's not just Gmail, check your profile on your computer... -----Original Message----- From: computers-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:computers-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Nivard Ovington Sent: Friday, January 03, 2014 3:42 AM To: computers@rootsweb.com Subject: [COMPUTERS] Windows 7 questions Hi all A couple of questions re Windows 7 On some saved images I am getting a small padlock on the saved image icon, it does not happen on every image icon, there does not appear to be a pattern to it Googleing suggests its to do with a private or public folder, but these are in the same folder and I have not changed any settings recently as far as I am aware I can still open all the images, I just wanted to know why its happening and preferably stop it ============ Question 2 When I go to an image in any folder with a view to sending that image to a mail recipient When I select "send to" then "Mail recipient" it opens a new mail with the image attached, no problem there but it defaults to my old email address and try as I might I can't find where its drawing the old email address from Has anyone an idea where to change this, its more annoying than critical but have put up with it until now and would like to resolve it -- Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK)
