    3. Hi George Thanks for your input The odd thing is the images are virtually the same, mostly census images from Ancestry I can save one , no icon, save the next its got the icon, this has only just started happening and so far I haven't found the difference between those with and those without the padlock On the email problem I should have said, I use thunderbird, I have two accounts fed into Thunderbird, my old Sky email address which I still receive on but don't send and my later gmail address I am using to send this from When selecting to send an image to an email recipient it appears to default to the first account, which of course is the one I don't want to use, I can't find a way of reordering the accounts to hopefully make it default to my chosen account Nothing I have done seems to fix it, even changing the email address within the old account details, it comes up correctly but wants to send it through the old Sky account even with the wrong email address As I say its not the end of the world but would like to crack the problem at some point I have also checked my computer user profile which didn't have an email address in it, I entered one but that made no difference, it always wants to default to the first account Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) On 03/01/2014 16:57, George Elting wrote: > 1) it's possible that your images have different metadata that indicated > the status of the image.
