Kay, I have been watching your poste of 1/30/2014 as I was having the same problem with something that down loaded with Google Chrome. I deleted Google Chrome but the add on stayed. This is what I did using Windows 7 : 1. Click search and enter add ons 2. Click manage browser add ons 3. Click programs 4. Click manage add ons 5. A screen appears showing all add ons 6. Find the add on you are having trouble with and either click disenable or remove I hope this works for you.
