Recently someone posted about trouble shutting down the computer. I can't remember what list it was on. Anyway, my computer will only shut down with a "hard" shutdown. When I try to do it the normal way, it says it is shutting down, but then comes right back on as though I had just turned it on. This just started recently. Can someone offer me some ideas/advice?
