Hi Donna This recently happened to me on our Windows 7 machine. After unsuccessfully trying to uninstall the program several times using the Windows Add/Remove program, I took a look at the processes running in Task Manager. After I stopped several non-essential processes I was able to go back to Add/Remove and uninstall the program. Hope this helps! Lynne "Donna F.
