Most versions of Office can be installed on up to three computers, depending on the version. Why not install Office Outlook on yours? The licensing document should tell you how many you can install on. I have 2010, and my version can be installed on a maximum of two (which I have done with mo. problem). Personally, I use both, I use GMail on-line and backup my emails with Thunderbird, on my computer. The positive aspect of having on-line email, it that it is available to you wherever you are.
