Hi Barbara, You could also try Mozilla Thunderbird... ... or... You could try GMail which is on-line. Personally, I use both, I use GMail on-line and backup my emails with Thunderbird, on my computer. The positive aspect of having on-line email, it that it is available to you wherever you are. Thanks for all the suggestions. The mail program is for my hubby who knows nothing about compuuters he is now using microsoft office outlook which he likes . He is not great with change so I wanted an email program that looks as much like outlook as possiable. Barbara, I downloaded Thunderbird and find it very easy to use. I use 3 different email addresses, one is gmail and the other are comcast. Thunderbird did all the work for me once I typed in the email address. All I had to do was enter the passwords when prompted. I was amazed at how easy it is to use.
